This project involved the comprehensive renovation of the Shake Shack at Gateway Shopping Center, transforming both its interior and exterior spaces to enhance functionality, customer experience, and brand identity. The scope included a full interior redesign with updated finishes, lighting, and seating layouts, as well as a refreshed exterior façade that aligns with Shake Shack’s contemporary aesthetic. The renovation balances operational efficiency with inviting design, creating a modern, vibrant environment for guests while respecting the existing structure and site context.
